Change Status Interest

快速結論

• 用途：provider 將尚未報價的 bid 標記為不感興趣。
• actor：provider。
• new API：Endpoint/V1/QuoteBids.php::change_status_interest()
• routing：Lib/Common/RouterRule/Mapping.php
• 狀態：已存在。

規則

成功條件：

• session user 必須是 quote_bids.provider_user_id
• quote_bids.quote_status_id = Send
• quote_bids.provider_status_id = Send

成功 side effect：

• 若原本 quote_bids.is_interested = 1：
  • is_interested = 0
  • quote_status_id = NotInterested
  • provider_status_id = NotInterested
• 更新 quote_requests.is_requestor_readed = 1
• 寫 quote_activities.BidStatusChange

特殊行為：

• 若 narrow_status_id = Send，直接回 status = New Leads，不做後續動作。
• 若狀態已不是可切換狀態，回 status = Already Quoted。

Gap

legacy 分支中 requestor 也可能寫 activity；new API 目前只允許 provider。是否仍有 requestor 呼叫，要看實際流量。
